This event will be held February 13- 16, 2011 at The Lodges in Deer Valley, Utah.

This conference is designed to provide you with exceptional education and networking opportunities. The 2011 Multi-Specialty Physician Conference will provide a forum for physicians of various specialties to discuss the current trends and updates in various medical and surgical specialties.

Target Audience & Course Description
This conference is designed for Mississippi and neighboring states’ physicians and healthcare professionals of all specialties and subspecialties with an interest in expanding their knowledge regarding medical and surgical updates. This symposium provides a forum in which physicians are able to discuss and share medical, surgical and general healthcare information among colleagues.

Educational Objectives
After attending the conference, participants should be able to discuss diagnostic and treatment options for specific diseases and conditions. Attendees will hear from experts in the fields of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynecology, Oncology and more. Attendees, in collaboration with hospital administrators, will also identify healthcare system needs, issues and opportunities for improvement. Specific educational objectives related to each topic are included in the Preliminary Program Faculty and Topics section of the brochure.

Costs
Registration Fee:
• $200.00 registration fee per Mississippi (or neighboring state)  physician or healthcare professional. Registration fee entitles the attendee, spouse or guest and children to participate at all conference activities.  (Out-of-state registration fee is $500.00)
• Conference registration is limited to a maximum of 60 participants.

Lodging Costs
• Lodge/Hotel Room: $260.00 per night
• One Bedroom Condominium: $390.00 per night
• Two Bedroom Condominium: $530.00 per night
• Three Bedroom Condominium: $620.00 per night

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Lodges at Deer Valley until January 14, 2011 and are available on a first-come basis.  Additional room requests for attendee’s guest will be based on availability after January 1, 2011. 

The above rate is also available Wednesday and Thursday evening post conference, based on availability.
Early weekend arrival is based on availability and offered at a higher rate of $366.00 (hotel), $519.00 (one bedroom), $663.00 (two bedroom) and $808.00 (three bedroom). 

To reserve your room, complete the registration and lodging form. All rooms include cable TV, wireless internet access, robes, hair dryers, coffeepot and mini refrigerator. All condominiums include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living area with fireplace and two or three baths. Bedding varies in each unit. Special requests will be noted but are not guaranteed. Air mattresses are available for $20.00/night.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is calculated at 7% of your reservation total, including taxes, fees and all additional services arranged prior to your arrival at the hotel.  Please indicate accept or decline for travel insurance on the registration form.  Travel Insurance is nonrefundable once paid.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies
• An initial deposit of $50.00 is charged at the time of booking, one night’s room and tax will be charged three days later
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
• Individual cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night’s lodging plus $50.00.
• Cancellations made less than 45 days of arrival will forfeit total lodging cost.
• Rates do not include a $7.00 per night per bedroom daily service charge, a 3.5% resort lodging fee and 10.45% tax (subject to change).
• There will be no refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or downgrades.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Transportation
Attendees should make their own flight arrangements. Baptist Health Systems will assist in coordinating airport transportation from Salt Lake City International Airport for $75.00 per person round trip. Please indicate transportation needs on the registration form.
