Lew Anne says, “Anne McCaslin is a senior at Jackson Academy where she is currently Student Body President and attends all honors classes while maintaining a 4.5 GPA. Recently selected by her peers as Miss Jackson Academy, she is the President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a member of Mu Alpha Theta and the National Honors Society.

Anne McCaslin is very involved in both her school and community. She is Vice President of the March of Dimes Youth Council, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, a Big Brother, Big Sister Mentor and a tutor at Casey Elementary. A young woman of strong faith, she is a member of Northminster Baptist Church, a Discipleship Group Leader for Christ United Methodist Church Youth Group and a member of Young Life.

The speech teacher at Jackson Academy recently asked younger, junior high students to write in their journals about someone they most admired. This could be anyone in the world, not just someone they knew personally. The teacher received journal entries by four different young women about Anne McCaslin Parker.”
