Lending a Helping Hand to Our Employees

The unexpected turns in life can sometimes be painful in many ways. The Baptist Health Foundation has a special fund to reach out to the employees in need at Baptist called The Employee Benevolence Fund. This special fund helps employees who have experienced real disasters such as fires and flooding. It helps with education, medical and pharmacy bills. It provides groceries and other necessities for employees during tough financial times. The Employee Benevolence Fund is closely monitored and dispersed by a carefully selected hospital committee.
