Through donations to the Baptist Health Foundation, Outpatient Rehab was recently able to purchase assistive devices that enhance the pediatric patients' communication skills and fine motor skill development. August 23 - KaBOOM! Leads Ninth Operation Playground Project in the Gulf Coast - Baptist Joins Mississippi Orthopaedic Society at Kreole Elementary School in Moss Point, Miss.
Approximately 60 Baptist volunteers participated in a one-day playground build at Kreole Elementary School in Moss Point, Miss. The project was led by KaBOOM! as part of their Operation Playground, designed to build 100 playgrounds in Gulf Coast communities affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. [back to top]
