Baptist Health Systems Volunteers Recognized for Cancer Center Fundraising Efforts

Jackson, Miss. - February 26, 2003 -- Baptist Health Systems recently held a dedication ceremony in the new Hederman Cancer Center, hosted by The TRUST, the Foundation for Baptist.

The ceremony recognized the Baptist auxiliary's generous gift to fund the second floor lobby and the prayer room in the new cancer center. The auxiliary volunteers raised the $110,000 through the sale of flowers and jewelry.
